STRATIS Visuals utilizes the latest Heidelberg PDF workflow technology to prepare your files for direct-to-press, direct-to-plate, and direct-to-screen printing solutions. We are capable of providing contract color proofing, retouching and layout work. All proofing available via our online PDF approval system.

STRATIS Visuals employs the most current UV digital print technology available, from our Inca flatbed to our HP Turbojets. All offering outdoor UV ink and all capable of printing on a wide variety of substrates including banner vinyl, backlit styrene, paper and board, pressure sensitive and much more. Our flatbed technology will also allow for direct printing on rigid substrates up to 1” thick as well as two sided printing.

The perfectionists at STRATIS Visuals can meet your high quality offset needs, whether it's a process job with critical color matching, or a spot color project with complex trapping and coverage. We only use Heidelberg technology in our offset operation ensuring our customers receive the finest end product. We utilize several different types of offset inks, including specialty inks such as fade resistant, laser compatible, soy or vegetable based. We can print on virtually any text, cover, board and synthetic material up to 40 pt.

STRATIS Visuals has extensive experience in offset printing on a variety of specialty materials, including rigid vinyl, styrene, tyvek, pressure sensitive vinyl and static cling material to name a few. We can enhance these specialty projects with offline operations, such as clear coating, in our screen department. STRATIS Visuals has deep roots in the screen printing business and offers extremely high quality spot and process color work, from limited edition fine art serigraphs to oversized point-of-sale materials. Our direct to screen technology assures the finest quality image is being produced from your creative without the traditional compromises associated with film to screen technology. Our in-line and single color press lines are capable of handling process images up to 60” x 84”. Available on virtually any printable surface, including all text and cover paper, board stock, foam board, rigid plastic, vinyl, sintra, pressure sensitive vinyl, banner material, corrugated plastic, metal, plexiglass, and much more. Depending on your needs, we use a variety of inks such as UV, enamel, epoxy, vinyl, scratch off, fluorescent, glow-in-the-dark and UV clear coat.

Our finishing department puts your whole package together with die cutting, scoring, trimming, collating, shrink wrapping, stitching, padding, drilling and much more. Packaging, fulfillment and shipping are done according to your specifications.
